Given the constraints of limited urban space and the bustling environment in the heart of the Lat Phrao district, the architectural team is placing paramount importance on privacy. We are also focused on maximizing the limited footprint for a 250-square-meter home situated on a roughly 50-square-wah plot. The primary challenge of this project lies in designing a residence that ensures maximum seclusion while still allowing natural light to permeate every living space.
