"Since moving in, my family (members and homeowners) don't want to go out." This is a sentence that gives encouragement to our design team from PH/AD. On a land area of ​​approximately 70 square wah, with a 3-story house, usable area of ​​approximately 400 square meters, with a design that connects with the surrounding context, "like bringing nature into the home" The main idea in this matter is to raise the floor to the second floor to connect and allow for views from outside, making the house feel like it is not limited to the house's boundaries. The second floor, which includes a connecting living room, dining room, swimming pool, and workroom, was designed by the team to create a seamless connection between activities and enrich the homeowner's lifestyle, allowing them to spend time together at home, truly living up to the name "Baan Vela" (House of Time).
